Febris
An enterprise XR training marketplace, founded and built end to end.
The problem. Enterprises want immersive XR and AR training, but the reality on the ground is compliance rules, locked-down networks, and sites that are secure or disconnected by design. Most training platforms assume a friendly cloud and a steady connection. Real industrial and defense environments offer neither.
What it is. Febris is my company. I founded it in 2019 and built an enterprise XR training marketplace end to end as the sole owner, from product vision through architecture to enterprise deployment. I ran discovery across dozens of enterprise organizations and turned their real constraints, the compliance and deployment ones nobody likes to talk about, into a shipped product.
How it works
Febris runs on .NET microservices on Azure Kubernetes Service, with offline-first edge sync so training still works inside secure and disconnected environments. The hard part was never the headset. It was making enterprise-grade delivery survive contact with networks that trust nothing by default.
Role
Founder and product lead, 2019 to present. Sole owner, from vision to enterprise deployment.
